teacher universities. I found out that I have a huge country I have a huge country

Yuri Petrovich Paisov believes that patriotic education, by and large, allows "to show how beautiful our country, our nature is, so that children would like to live here." This is what he dedicated his life to.

He works as a biology teacher at the 105th Almaty school, one of the best in the city, I must say. Teaching experience is a quarter of a century and almost the same amount is engaged in children's tourism. Back in Soviet times, he completed courses at the Republican Station for Young Tourists. Then in Alma-Ata there was a state children's club "Romantic". Then it was closed, it was considered that children in Kazakhstan did not need tourism - not an Olympic sport, but the club was revived on a voluntary basis, and Yuri Petrovich has been working there for eight years. Love for hiking arose while studying at Tomsk State University. Then, as a student at the Faculty of Biology, Paisov traveled around the Soviet Union. Now the whole summer is scheduled for him. One or two days at home and again - on a hike.

Snow leopard and bear cakes

About three dozen routes of varying complexity have been developed. Among them - one-day, multi-day, sightseeing, sports. It all depends on the preparation and health of the child, age - not younger than 11-12 years.
Lunny and Temerlik canyons are magnificent, wild places on the border with China are interesting. There are many animals there. “Somehow we are walking along the path,” says Yuri Petrovich, “and the guys say to me:“ Where are the cow cakes from? deer. There was a funny incident. We, tired, stopped for a halt, and the girls went to the river to swim. Suddenly, their screech is heard, we run there, we see two huge deer drinking water 20 meters from them. They are in their kingdom and they don’t care about On another expedition we saw a snow leopard in the same place, at a watering hole.
Once we were overtaken by hail, we were walking ankle-deep in slippery transparent balls that covered the green grass.
Last year, crossing the ridge, we ended up in the Kyrgyz valley Chon Kimin. We went to the bridge, and it was destroyed. To get to the other side, it was necessary to make a detour of 30 kilometers to the next bridge. Shepherds drove up on horseback and said: "We will transport across the river, on horseback." I doubted, but they did everything to avoid danger. The children were seated. Imagine what a pleasure they had - across the river on horseback. It was the first time in my life that I crossed over like this. After that, the guys began to say that it was necessary to learn the Kazakh language. When we meet with the local population in the mountains, many do not speak Russian, and the children, feeling limited in communication, realized that they had lost a lot of interesting things. Here's to you, too, the education of patriotism, not with posters, not with appeals ... ".
Now Paisov from multi-day sports trips has interesting routes in the Dzhambul and South Kazakhstan regions, in Zharkent, in the gorges near Almaty. Here their stories are necessarily told, for example, where did the names Butakovka, Remizovka come from. At one time, General Kolpakovsky, the first governor of the Semirechensk Territory, forbade cutting wood and in every gorge he put detachments of Cossacks commanded by lieutenants Remizov, Butakov ...

Do not have a hundred rubles, but have a hundred students

Yuri Petrovich considers it unacceptable that now many companies take children on excursions simply with guides. “There is a clear order of the Department of Education,” he explains, “which says that it is strictly forbidden to take children out without a special permit. Our club has such a permit. medical certificates are provided. When parents ask me: "Do you guarantee safety?" - I answer: I do not guarantee, I provide. Instructor on a hike - father, mother, grandmother, grandfather, doctor and teacher in one person. We take care of children seriously and professionally: we build a fire at a halt, put tea from spring water, we always eat something hot, borscht or soup. tasty".
Now Yury Petrovich is collecting material, preparing a project on ecology with the guys, he wants to make an analysis of Kazakhstan's national parks. “It’s a pity to look at nature in our parks,” complains Yuri Petrovich. “A person believes that under every bush both a table and a house are ready for him, and therefore he behaves barbarically. There are also good farms, an example of this is Altyn-Emel, a park” Kolsai Lakes", where everything is organized according to the Western model, but, unfortunately, there are few of them.
There is no control. All this is justified by the lack of funds. And where do the funds that we pay for the passage to the park go? If everything is done wisely, it would be possible to have a good income and maintain the park in the proper form. Everything is very simple. People are driving, give them a plastic bag and write down the number of the car. And when they return, they must show a bag of garbage. This is how it is done in the West.
We want to analyze all this, then, together with the video material and conclusions, transfer it to our environmental department. Isn't this a patriotic action?"
Yury Petrovich's motto is "Don't have a hundred roubles, but have a hundred students". Although he has many more of them and it would be possible to organize the "Club of Paisov's students". Even those who graduated from school communicate with him, and he calls them not former, but adult students. It would be very interesting to tell how Paisov teaches biology lessons using English, but that's another story.

And here Kazakhstanis have something to be proud of - at the beginning of the year it was published three-volume "National Atlas of the Republic of Kazakhstan", which confirms the correspondence of the geographical science of our country to the world level. This is a unique publication and a major event of national importance: national cartographic atlases are an indispensable attribute of the sovereignty of any country. In accordance with the rule for fundamental atlases, it is accompanied by a three-volume monograph "Republic of Kazakhstan". Unique "cartographic encyclopedia" with holds over 300 cards. The atlas and the monograph were prepared and published by the Institute of Geography of the Ministry of Education and Science. About the role and practical significance of the National Atlas of the Republic of Kazakhstan, we asked one of its authors, head of the laboratory of landscape science and environmental problems of the Institute of Geography, candidate of geographical sciences Roman Vyacheslavovich Plokhikh, to tell. - Roman Vyacheslavovich, how and why did the idea of creating the National Atlas of the Republic of Kazakhstan come about? - For the first time, the idea of creating a fundamental Atlas with an accompanying monograph appeared in the process of developing the "Concept of Ecological Safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan", carried out under the leadership of the Minister of Environmental Protection N.A. Iskakov. It was then that it became clear that the needs of practice, the high level of geographical science in Kazakhstan, the possession of the most modern mapping technologies, would make it possible to successfully complete such work. Any literate person can easily distinguish a geographical map from other images. But it is not so easy to define exactly what a modern geographical atlas is. What should it be? What is the best way to organize work? How to ensure its continuity and material equipment? In solving these and many other issues, the merit of the director of the Institute of Geography, a well-known scientist and organizer of science, academician of the International Academy of Sciences of Ecology, Human Security and Nature (St. Petersburg), Doctor of Geography, Professor Akhmetkal Medeu, is undoubted. The idea of creating the National Atlas was supported by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the President of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbaev. The idea of creating an atlas received great interest and active support from the entire national scientific community. An important argument in favor of the creation of the National Atlas was the urgency of solving problems in the system "human impact on nature - changes in natural complexes - the consequences of these changes for man and nature." Without a comprehensive analysis of the current socio-economic and environmental situation, it is impossible to determine ways to optimize the natural environment, principles and methods for the rational use of natural resources, and directions for environmental management in the republic. - What is the National Atlas and what kind of information can specialists and ordinary citizens get from it? - The National Atlas and the accompanying monograph are the result of many years of research by Kazakh scientists in various fields of science. The basis of the fundamental cartographic "encyclopedia" is a system of maps with accompanying texts, created according to a single program and united by a common purpose and means of cartographic representation of reality. When creating the atlas, a grandiose work was done to systematize the entire volume of knowledge and information about the territory of the republic at the present level of its study. The National Atlas is developed on the basis of the most modern scientific methods and the latest computer technologies. The most important advantage of the atlas is an extremely deep and versatile characteristic of Kazakhstan. That is why it can be considered as a kind of encyclopedia, which reflects the latest achievements of science, economics, history, culture, etc. Another advantage of the atlas is innovation in methodological approaches and the uniqueness of many maps. The third volume of the atlas is characterized by the greatest innovation, uniqueness and practical significance, each thematic section of which includes maps that have no analogues not only in the post-Soviet space, but also in foreign atlas cartography. The atlas is developed in three volumes, each of which contains different types of thematic maps (analytical, complex, synthetic, dynamics and relationships) and explanatory texts to them. It includes all functional types of maps known in cartography: inventory, evaluation, indication, forecast and recommendation. The first volume of the atlas is devoted to the natural resource conditions for the formation of the ecological situation on the territory of Kazakhstan and consists of 118 maps. They display: geographic location, relief, geological structure, mineral resources, climate and agro-climatic resources, hydrogeological conditions, groundwater and surface water resources, land resources and soils, flora and fauna, landscapes and physiographic zoning. This volume of the atlas focuses on the problems of the structure and development of the earth's crust and relief, the latest tectonic movements, seismotectonic conditions, the distribution of minerals, the occurrence and reserves of groundwater, etc. The maps show: variability of river runoff, mineralization and turbidity of river waters, lakes and hydrochemistry of lake waters; the main inland water bodies (Caspian, Aral, Balkash, Zhaisan, Alakol, Teniz) and the largest reservoirs are characterized; the morphology, regime and balance of glaciers, reserves of ice and snow for the mountains of South-East Kazakhstan are illustrated; the features of the climatic conditions of Kazakhstan in the winter and summer seasons, the patterns of distribution of soil and vegetation cover on the plains and in the mountains are given; for the first time the spatial distribution of many species of mammals, reptiles, birds, amphibians and fish is shown, the directions of seasonal migrations of animals, the flight of birds, the movement of fish and much more are considered. On 116 maps and explanatory texts of the second volume a comprehensive description of the socio-economic development of the country for more than a 10-year period is presented. The indicators of the development of the economy of the republic confirm that the foundations of the national idea of Kazakhstan, laid down in the long-term development strategy "Kazakhstan - 2030", are being successfully implemented. Public harmony and political stability, economic progress for the benefit of the people have become the realities of our time. The list of issues addressed in the second volume is the demographic situation and the labor market, the social sphere and the standard of living of the population, the pace of development of the main industries and agriculture, the dynamics of production and the level of development of the most important sectors of the economy and the social sphere, history, archeology and cultural heritage . The third volume consists of 119 maps and explanatory texts. . The titles of the sections speak for themselves: factors of anthropogenic impact on the natural environment, the ecological state of natural systems, desertification and land degradation, hazardous processes and emergencies, ecology and people, the ecological state of the regions, nature protection and environmental safety. - What is the international rating of the Kazakhstan atlas? What can foreign users find useful on its pages? - The question about the rating is not entirely correct, rather, we can talk about the degree of interest in the atlas and monograph. Here Kazakhstanis have something to be proud of. The atlas and the monograph aroused considerable interest not only in the world scientific community, but also in the business community. The Institute of Geography receives many requests from foreign representatives for the acquisition of an atlas and a monograph. And these are not only our closest neighbors, such as the Russian Federation and China. Not the last role here was played by the following fact - only states with a high level of development of science and culture are able to independently carry out the preparation of such a publication. This is a very difficult, painstaking and responsible task. The participation of leading specialists and institutions of the republic - a cartographic enterprise, research institutes of various profiles, universities and institutes, various ministries and departments, made it possible to create a publication that is unique in its information capacity and objectivity. Of particular interest on the part of foreign countries was the issue of replicating the atlas. Maps are used in the modern world to solve a wide variety of tasks. For example, it is difficult to name any research in geology that would do without maps. Therefore, to list all areas of application of the cartographic "encyclopedia" by foreign users would mean to give a complete list of research tasks that are being solved in modern science. And of course, this list will never be complete. Let's say that the atlas and the monograph have an extremely wide range of applications, from acquaintance with the Republic of Kazakhstan to in-depth scientific research and drawing up plans for the development of natural resources and the development of productive forces. The publications provide extensive information, both for ordinary people and for authorities and company management. Kazakhstan, which has an ancient history and extremely diverse nature, a dynamically developing economy, a stable social and political situation, has something to interest foreign residents. The Republic has a large number of areas that are attractive to foreign investors. For example, it is very promising for the development of international tourism. But before the publication of the Atlas, many unique natural areas of the country were simply "terra incognita", because they did not have detailed and widely available maps. It is difficult to overestimate the applied value of the Atlas and the accompanying monograph. Let me emphasize once again: they are a weighty confirmation of the compliance of Kazakhstan's science with world standards. The National Atlas and the monograph clearly demonstrate that positive trends in stabilizing growth and developing the domestic economy, improving the welfare of the population, strengthening economic and environmental security, and increasing the country's competitiveness on the world stage are developing and strengthening today. And this publication will be a good helper for everyone who wants to learn more about their country and work for its good. Photo from www.gisa.ru

The schoolchildren told about the beauties of their native land to the ecologists of the Aksu Ferroalloy Plant, a branch of TNC Kazchrome JSC, which is part of the Eurasian Group (ERG). In their writings, elementary school students showed the world as they see it - flourishing and bright, in which there is no place for grief and sadness.

A creative competition was held among students of junior grades of secondary school No. 8. At this age, the child's gaze is not yet burdened with clichés and stereotypes, therefore, in the essays, boys and girls wrote about what they see: trees, clear skies, sunrises and sunsets, frogs, which " talking" with each other. In their writings, children urged adults not to litter in nature and to clean up after themselves after a picnic.

“Native land is a place where everything happens for the first time,” wrote fourth-grader Daria Sakenova, who became the winner of the creative competition.

“The dream of any parent is for their children to grow up as worthy citizens of their country,” says her grandmother Zhanat Sakenova. – My granddaughter is transferring to another school, she is sorry to part with her classmates and teachers. Therefore, having heard about this competition, we decided to support this school with our participation and leave a memory of ourselves.

The second and third places went to fifth-graders Arkhip Parkhomenko and Anastasia Mikhailyuk.

– A very picturesque view of the forest and the Irtysh River opens from my window. Every morning I hear birds singing, and right under the window frogs croak funny and grasshoppers chirp. In general, life is in full swing everywhere, and it is interesting for me to watch it, - says Arkhip Parkhomenko.

All participants of the competition received books about the amazing nature of Kazakhstan with vivid illustrations as a keepsake.

– Aksu Ferroalloy Plant is a socially responsible enterprise. We do not separate our work on nature protection from the city of Aksu,” says Inna Davydova, head of the environmental protection department. – Involving the children of our employees and children from city schools in factory events is a good tradition that we have been following for several years now. Reading children's writings is a pleasure. They are so sincere, natural and positive that you want to live and enjoy simple things. Thanks to the students for bringing us back to childhood!

How the West deceives the whole world, or

I found out that I have a huge country

You know, perhaps the worst thing is that
how easily we lost a world that seemed so stable.
.

Since today, a friend of my wife who lives in Canada came to visit. She came to Russia to visit.

About the general conclusion from a conversation with her: the vast majority of stories about paradise life in the West are a myth. Medicine, kindergartens, schools, places of residence and recreation, culture, food - a cut above in Russia. The roads are the same as ours and theirs. Corruption is forbidden only for the lower part of society. At the top, it not only flourishes, but is legitimized in every possible way. The general level of "braininess" is at the level of the middle zone of some Central Asian republic.

Most of the population are migrants. A significant part of them - the notorious middle class. The West now rests on them. But the more they become, the lower the overall standard of living (because the indigenous population and previous migrants do not go anywhere).

About the main method of domestic policy-binding the population with loans hand and foot. Mortgages, for example, although with a small percentage, but real estate is expensive, the repayment periods are long and there is no right to repay ahead of schedule. Take it once and consider it for the rest of your life. Those who do not take out a mortgage get loans in other “directions”: cars, education, medicine, etc.

Therefore, from the outside, the people seem to live well, but the slightest sneeze is able to send half the country to the street.

Since income segregation is not only exponentially developed, it is reinforced in every possible way with the help of various rules and laws. Not enough money - you will live in a bad neighborhood, your children will go to a bad school, you will eat bad food and cure all your diseases with one "magic" aspirin. If you live in a good area, but began to earn little, then the tax system will quickly send you to the area "affordable".

In general, it seems that all the paths are open before you, but in fact, numerous conditions, laws and restrictions make the option of “climbing up” honestly almost impossible. Hence the main advantage of migrants: the knowledge they received in their homeland for free or very cheaply allows them to immediately start living in the West much better than the majority of the local population. This is such a democracy.

On what basis is the well-being of the West?

On two factors.

First. Life model called "Vacuum cleaner": The West sucks all the juices from the rest of the world. Main streams: people, resources, money. It is worth drying up at least one stream and the well-being of the West will collapse.

Second. Tricky PR: Western "PR people" do not talk about how good they are, but about how bad others are. The fact that everything is fine with them is already thought out by those to whom they say that everything is bad with them.

It’s as if a complete drunk came to an average person who drinks a little on holidays and weekends, and began to tell him that alcohol is harmful and having it in the house is a problem that needs to be dealt with somehow . In the understanding of a normal person, a citizen who talks about the dangers of alcohol does not drink himself. Therefore, if someone tells him about the dangers of alcohol, then he automatically begins to consider him a non-drinker! Otherwise, a normal person thinks, what right does he have to tell me about the dangers of alcohol.

This is the cunning Western PR: tell others how bad they are, even if you yourself have the same thing even worse, and they will automatically begin to believe that everything is fine with you, and you yourself are a ready-made role model!

Things with the main Western horror stories - the lack of democracy and freedom of speech - are catastrophic in the West itself: the majority of the population does not influence what is happening in the state in any way, representatives of several clans “rule” everything, which, to give the appearance of competition, are conditionally divided into two (less often three teams), and numerous media tell people about all this, the main materials of which look like a bad rewrite of one source.

If we take a special Western horror story for Russia - corruption - then in the West itself the situation with corruption has reached the point of absurdity: there corruption has already been elevated to the rank of laws! A bribe in Russia is a criminal offense, a bribe in the West is part of the advertising budget.

The West uses this kind of "PR" in everything. This provides an ideological justification for siphoning resources from the rest of the world: you think that everything is fine with us, so the best representatives of you come to us, you also send your money to us, and your raw resources also go to us, because you are not build enterprises that process and make something complex from “raw” resources, because your private companies do not have money for this (we all have them), and you do not trust your state to build such construction, believing that it is useless, since everything steal and the money will be wasted. And for those who do not believe us and create some things, we will close our market and the markets of subordinate states and doom them to existence somehow within the framework of the modest remaining.

In my opinion, there is only one way to reduce the effectiveness of this cunning Western “PR” to zero in Russia: turn to face the person.

We have everything, we just need to establish service and maintenance. It is necessary to put at the forefront not indicators, records and achievements, but the comfort of a person.

Now, in any state institution, I am not easily uncomfortable, but wildly uncomfortable, difficult and mostly incomprehensible. Moreover, this approach extends to large private companies.

For example, I recently tried , s , and Google Adsense. On Facebook and Google Adsense, it took me about ten minutes, and the main inconvenience was the need to go to my wallet for a credit card, since I don’t know its details from memory. Mail.ru with Odnoklassniki, VKontakte and Yandex.Direct with absolutely the same ad, with the same text and title, with the same advertised page, brainwashed my brain for two days.

As a result, after two days of correspondence, I managed to place an advertisement only on VKontakte!

Imagine if our Internet companies thought about the comfort of their users: then Yandex would not vegetate now in Turkey, but compete with all over the world, VKontakte and Odnoklassniki put all sorts of Facebooks in the belt, and Mail.ru became something like .

I'm not talking about what would happen if the head of some housing and communal services, the director of AvtoVAZ or the chairman of the Russian Football Union thought about the comfort of people.

There is no need to try to defeat the West by economic, military or any other physical indicators. They are inflated anyway, based on cunning PR, and therefore such a strategy will be obviously losing. You need to think about the comfort of your own citizens, then the citizens will forget about the West and the dream of the party workers of the USSR will come true - the West will become decaying.

E, however, we will already be on the drum. Because in this case Russia will become the most beautiful state on the planet.
