Classic minced brizol

Brisol according to this recipe can be prepared not only from beef, but also from pork or minced chicken. The minced meat is combined with an egg, salt and pepper, kneaded well and rolled into a thin pancake in the shape of a frying pan. Then it is breaded in flour or breadcrumbs, dipped in an egg or lezon (an egg with a tablespoon of milk or cream) and fried on both sides until cooked. The finished brizol is poured with sauce and various toppings are added to taste: grated cheese, herbs, vegetables or mushrooms.

  2. Make the filling. Cut the tomato in half and cut each half into thin slices.

  3. Finely chop fresh herbs.

  4. Cheese grate on a fine grater.

  5. Now you can start cooking the brizol. Put the minced meat in a deep bowl, salt and pepper it.

  6. Add a raw egg to it and mix well.

  7. Form minced meat into small balls. From each ball you will end up with one breeze.

  8. Dust a work surface with flour, place a ball, shape it into a flattened cake with your hand, sprinkle some flour on top and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin. You will get a thin meat pancake.

  9. Beat one raw egg with a whisk until smooth.

  10. Pour it into a flat plate, put the rolled minced meat on top.

  11. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and lay out the minced meat with the egg.

  12. Fry for a few minutes on each side until fully cooked.

  • Garlic - 3 cloves.
  • Vegetable oil, ketchup, greens, pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Let's start with the preparation of minced meat: add the egg, salt, pepper and stir. Now divide the minced meat into ten equal portions and roll each of them into a ball.
  2. Grate the cheese, chop the tomatoes, chop the garlic and, in order to make a sauce, mix with mayonnaise. Whisk the remaining eggs.
  3. Next, we act quickly and clearly: take 2 sheets of film or cellophane. Put a ball on one, cover with the second and roll the minced meat between these sheets. You should get a thin - thin cake. It is more convenient to do this with the back of the knife. And so all ten balls.
  4. Now watch my hands carefully. Pour one beaten egg into a flat plate. Remove the top layer of cellophane from the cake, slip your palm under the cake (and under the bottom cellophane, of course), with a deft movement with a flip, transfer the cake onto a plate into the egg.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan, then carefully transfer the cake (already in the egg) to the frying pan and fry - first on one side, then turn over and fry on the other.

  1. Beat each egg with one tablespoon of water, a little salt.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan (heat well so that it does not stick) and bake an egg pancake. And do this 8 times. Take very little oil and only the first time, then do not add.
  3. Grind the chicken breast in a meat grinder, send onions and carrots there. Don't forget to add pepper and salt, then stir everything well.
