Diet Features

This method is based on the use of certain foods for 9 days:

  • the first 3 days eat only rice;
  • the next 3 days only boiled chicken breast or fish is eaten;
  • the last 3 days there are only vegetables on the menu.

By eating in small quantities, the volume of the stomach will decrease and you will get used to eating in small portions, which helps to stabilize the weight for a long time.

Like any other method, this diet has its own minuses. Those who used the “3-3-3” weight loss option note that it is psychologically difficult to hold out for 9 days on a rather meager and monotonous diet. The disadvantages also include:

  • a feeling of hunger that is constantly present;
  • diet imbalance - in order not to harm the body, it is recommended to take complex vitamins during weight loss.

Contraindications

Do not use the diet for pregnant women and those who practice breastfeeding, as well as those with acute and chronic diseases. The diet should be abandoned by those who have an acute intolerance to any product in the diet or an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients.

Diet "3-3-3" helps to lose from 6 to 12 kilograms during its implementation. Since the foods included in the diet have a low calorie content and are excellent for cleansing the intestines, every day the weight will decrease by an average of 1 kilogram.

Rules and detailed dietary menu

To achieve the desired result, dropping the most kilograms in 9 days, you should strictly adhere to the rules and menu of the diet. The 3 3 3 weight loss system is an effective weight loss method, and its principle is simple - during each stage, you should eat certain foods and drink fresh kefir.

First three day round

From the first to the third day, the diet consists of 400-420 grams of boiled rice and a liter of fat-free or 1% kefir. You should choose the fermented milk product, from the moment of manufacture of which no more than a day has passed - it is he who has a cleansing property. Kefir made more than 2 days ago does not improve digestion and has a fixing effect, which can lead to constipation.

Rice should be taken long-grain white, other varieties are not suitable. It is necessary to start cooking in the evening - 250 grams of rice is poured with water and left until the morning. You can add 2-3 tablespoons of honey to the water to improve the taste and fortify the dish. In the morning, the water is drained and rice is boiled according to the usual recipe (poured with boiling water in an amount twice the mass of rice and boiled over low heat for 15-17 minutes). The finished dish is divided into 5 servings and eaten at regular intervals, washed down with kefir.

In a more rigid version of the diet, kefir is excluded from the menu and you have to eat only rice and water for 3 days.

Second three-day stage

For the second part of the diet, you will need to purchase 2.5 kilograms of skinless and boneless chicken breasts. They are boiled until cooked without salt (it is allowed to use natural spices to improve the taste and aromatic qualities of the product).

Boiled chicken is divided into 3 parts - almost 800 grams of the product comes out per day, and this amount of food must be divided into 5 meals. Each serving is washed down with fresh kefir. Every day you need to drink a liter of fermented milk product.

Poultry meat can be replaced with low-fat boiled sea fish. When cooking fish, salt is also not used, but adding lemon juice and fresh herbs to the dish is not forbidden.

If desired, you can eat 3 tablespoons of honey daily, which will give an additional diuretic effect, saturate the body with trace elements and vitamins.

Third three-day stage

The final "chord" of the diet is a three-day meal with vegetables - boiled, steamed, fresh. You can eat zucchini, squash, cabbage, beets, onions, carrots, tomatoes - you should stock up on 1-1.3 kilos of food per day. Half of the vegetables should be stewed without salt (you can add a tablespoon of olive or sunflower oil), and make a salad from the second part.

The Brush salad is prepared from white cabbage and beets, carrots and fresh herbs (the ingredients are peeled and rubbed on a coarse grater, cabbage and herbs are chopped with a knife). The dish is seasoned with a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil and water, taken 1 tablespoon each.

During the day, you should alternate the intake of salad and stewed vegetables. Each meal should be accompanied by drinking a glass of kefir.

A more difficult option is a three-day meal of grated apples (800-950 gr) mixed with kefir (liter per day). Adhering to such a diet is quite difficult, but the result is worth it.

It is allowed to eat a couple of tablespoons of honey daily - it can be added to drinking water or eaten as a separate treat.

Getting out of the diet

Losing weight according to the "3 3 3" system is a very effective tool for eliminating excess weight. If you do not want the kilograms to return in the near future, you should leave the diet gradually:

  • calorie intake increases gradually - daily by no more than 150 calories;
  • new food is included in the diet gradually, you need to eat dishes in small quantities.

Features of table number 3

Indications for the appointment of diet No. 3 according to Pevzner are intestinal pathologies, accompanied by constipation, as well as hemorrhoids and fissures in the anus. Constipation is considered as difficult or insufficient bowel movement, and is a consequence and symptom of pathological bowel conditions. For example, atonic constipation occurs due to decreased tone of the intestinal muscles due to violations of peristalsis.

The causes of constipation in addition to pathological conditions of the body are, among other things, malnutrition, which includes low intake of dietary fiber, lack of fluid, and a sedentary lifestyle.

For children, the causes of constipation depend on age. So, for example, for a child of the first life, food allergies, eating disorders, intestinal pathology can provoke constipation, read more about constipation in children of the first life. For an older child, there are reasons of a psychological nature: switching to solid food, potty training, rejection of a “common” toilet in a kindergarten or school, stressful situations - moving, discord in the family.

For a better understanding of the rules of therapeutic nutrition in the presence of constipation, one should dwell in more detail on the term “dietary fiber”, since there is an apparent contradiction here: a lack of dietary fiber in the diet can provoke constipation, while therapeutic nutrition for constipation involves reducing the consumption of foods rich in food fibers. How to understand it?

Dietary fibers (or cellulose) are components of plant foods that are not broken down by the action of digestive juices, i.e. "not digested". The leaders in fiber content are legumes, cereals, mushrooms, vegetables, sorrel, spinach. In the intestine, fiber absorbs water and increases significantly in volume, thereby mechanically acting on the intestinal walls, stimulating its peristalsis and regular defecation. The consumption of dietary fiber in combination with the required amount of fluid is a good prevention of constipation and hemorrhoids. At the same time, excessive consumption of insoluble fiber can lead to increased flatulence, and with a lack of water, constipation.

People suffering from bloating and flatulence are advised to follow a diet low in dietary fiber.

Diet table number 3 is characterized by its physiological usefulness. It includes dishes and products that enhance the motor function of the intestines and improve its emptying. To achieve the result, you must adhere to the following rules:

  • vegetables and fruits should be consumed boiled, raw or steamed, baked,
  • food is not crushed or rubbed
  • the number of meals 5-6 times a day, large breaks between meals are not allowed.
  • in the absence of contraindications, water consumption is at least 1.5-2 liters per day.

The chemical composition of diet number 3:

  • carbohydrates 350-400 g,
  • as well as proteins 80-90 g (55% of animal origin),
  • fats 80-90 g (25-30% vegetable origin),
  • salt 12-15 g,

At one time, the famous Soviet scientist M.I. Pevzner developed and tested 15 diets on many patients aimed at eliminating acute and chronic symptoms in various diseases of the body.

Dietary individual nutrition table 3 is prescribed for pathological conditions of the intestine, accompanied by atonic constipation.

Gastroenterologists prescribe treatment table 3 to patients during the period of remission of chronic intestinal diseases or when the exacerbation subsides, as well as in the presence of and. Products recommended for daily use help to increase the peristalsis of the small and large intestines and activate the muscles of the organ responsible for the evacuation of feces.

Basic principles of the diet table number 3

  • The calorie content of the menu ranges from 2500-2800 kcal, which meets the physiological needs of an adult organism.
  • The amount of proteins in the diet is about 90 grams, of which about 40-45% are proteins of plant origin.
  • The norm of lipids is 90 gr, of which up to 75% of fats should be of animal origin.
  • The total number of carbohydrates reaches 400 grams, which are based on complex compounds and dietary fiber.
  • The daily dosage of free liquid (mainly pure water) is 1½ liters, salt up to 15 gr.
  • 4-5 meals a day in small portions with approximately equal intervals of time.
  • Eating at the same hours (compliance with the regimen).

Main purpose of table 3- normalization of the functioning of the intestines and stimulation of metabolism. The diet is also useful for people who are overweight and lead a sedentary lifestyle (physical inactivity).

Stimulation of emptying and regular stool contribute to the timely removal of metabolites, slag substances and toxic compounds from the body, which has a beneficial effect on the operation of all systems.

Softened feces during defecation do not injure the anus mucosa, which is important for hemorrhoids and the presence of cracks, because compressed feces and stones provoke the appearance of small tears and can lead to bleeding.

A fully balanced diet, rich in all biologically active components, satisfies the energy and nutritional needs of the body.

Diet 3 table - what you can, what you can not eat, table

By enriching the diet with food that activates the motor functions of the intestine (cereals, bran, fiber, fermented milk products with useful microflora), you can significantly improve the condition of this section of the gastrointestinal tract.

Sample diet menu table 3

The menu for the week should be as varied as possible to provide the body with all the necessary biologically active substances, vitamins and minerals. It is compiled from a list of allowed foods and prepared according to the recommendations above. Here is an example of a daily diet:

Many note a tendency to reduce body weight and volume and the disappearance of cellulite manifestations. According to experienced doctors, it is quite possible to cure atonic constipation without the use of synthetic laxatives and other pharmaceutical drugs only by strictly following the diet table number 3.

A large number of people suffer from such an unpleasant disease as constipation. In addition to constant discomfort, this delicate disease contributes to the formation of toxins, and, consequently, the slow poisoning of the body.

Intoxication with waste products that are not excreted from the body on time is manifested by headaches, nausea, heartburn and abdominal pain, increased gas formation.

In the treatment of chronic constipation, drugs are not prescribed, they are usually ineffective at this stage of the disease. Treatment is carried out by prescribing a special therapeutic diet, which is the most effective method of curing this disease.
