Erosion of the stomach is an inflammatory process on the mucous membrane, which is completely reversible, but without proper treatment leads to serious consequences. This pathology occurs in people of all ages. Erosion looks like sores, after scarring, no traces remain.

Erosion occurs on the mucous membrane of the organ and does not affect its internal tissues. Thus, it is possible to recover completely from it in the case of timely measures taken. The main cause of the onset of the disease is an imbalance between the factors of the gastric environment - aggressive and protective.

This violation results in:

  • depression;
  • a large amount of spicy and acidic foods can cause burns on the gastric mucosa;
  • smoking and drinking alcohol;
  • operations for disorders of the gastrointestinal tract;
  • serious injury to the abdomen.

Erosion can appear against the background of other chronic diseases:

  • diabetes;
  • hepatitis and other liver pathologies;
  • pancreatitis;
  • cardiovascular failure.

Currently, another possible cause of the development of gastric pathology is in the active stage of research - the presence of the bacterium Helicobacter pylori in the body. Among the examined patients with gastric erosion, 90% had antibodies to this bacterium.

Manifestations of the disease

Symptoms of this disease are very similar to an ulcer:

  • low hemoglobin;
  • dark blood in the stool;
  • night attacks of nausea and pain;
  • the desire to eat foods with strong tastes (vinegar, pepper and salt in large quantities or try something inedible);
  • fragility of nails and hair;
  • problems with the excretion of bile from the body.

There is only one characteristic sign of erosion - the pain is intense and often poorly stopped by drugs.

Erosion of the stomach can only be determined by endoscopic examination or a special analysis of the biopsy of the upper tissues of the organ.

  • smoked meats;
  • fried foods;
  • sauces;
  • broths;

Gastric erosion is one of the most common diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, which is detected in 15–20% of patients undergoing endoscopy. Treatment of gastric erosion with the help of folk remedies is an excellent alternative to medication and gives a quick and lasting result, improving the general condition of the body.

Description of the disease

Erosion of the stomach manifests itself in the form of small ulcers that appear on the walls of the organ, violating the integrity of the mucosa.

Erosion of the stomach is a superficial damage to the mucous membrane of the organ, while the muscle layer remains intact. Usually, several erosions appear in the stomach at once in the form of small ulcers, clearly visible during endoscopic examination.

By the nature of the course, erosion of the stomach can be acute and chronic. In the acute form, many ulcers of an oval or round shape, 0.2–0.4 cm in size, appear immediately, located on the walls or bottom of the stomach. In the chronic form, the size of erosions reaches 0.3-0.5 cm, they are located mainly in the form of a chain in the antrum of the stomach, while the duration of the disease can reach 5 years or more.

The main causes of erosion of the stomach are:

  • helicobacteria;
  • malnutrition with an abundance of spicy foods and vinegar;
  • medications that have a destructive effect on the gastric mucosa;
  • diseases of the gastrointestinal tract;
  • circulatory disorders in the digestive tract caused by various diseases, for example, cirrhosis of the liver;
  • bad habits - smoking and drinking alcohol;
  • malignant neoplasms in the stomach and colon;
  • diabetes;
  • respiratory diseases;
  • stress.

It is difficult to confuse erosion symptoms with manifestations of other diseases:

  • severe, "twisting" pain in the stomach day and night, often accompanied by bleeding - vomiting and diarrhea with blood,
  • fragility of hair and nails,
  • dry skin,
  • violation of taste and olfactory sensations,
  • sudden change in food preferences
  • low hemoglobin level,
  • violation of the excretion of bile from the body.

Erosion is a damage to the mucous membrane that does not affect the muscular one, that is, it is a superficial damage. With a defect, an ulcer is already formed in the muscle membrane. Erosion is not an independent disease, but a manifestation of one of the types of gastritis - erosive, i.e. erosions are small superficial lesions of the inflamed gastric mucosa.

Stress, infectious diseases, poor-quality nutrition cannot pass without a trace. There are defects in the gastric mucosa, which eventually turn into erosion. In fact, these are small (from 0.3 to 1.5 mm in diameter) wounds. They do not damage the muscular part of the organ in the way that is the case with an ulcer. Erosions can occur in various parts of the stomach. They are usually round or oval in shape.

I would like to say a few words about such a disease as erosion of the stomach. First of all, it should be noted that it is similar to a peptic ulcer. If we consider the exact translation of the word from Latin, it means "corrosion". Indeed, erosion actually injures the walls of the stomach, while creating one or more focal lesions.

Reasons for education

The main causes of erosive gastritis:

  1. Helicobacter pylori infection;
  2. increased secretion of hydrochloric acid in gastric juice;
  3. unbalanced diet, intake of rough, spicy food;
  4. frequent use of large doses of alcohol;
  5. smoking;
  6. stress;
  7. other diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (pancreatitis, cholecystitis, intestinal obstruction);
  8. taking certain medications (NSAIDs, glucocorticoids);
  9. diseases of the cardiovascular system;
  10. congestion in the portal vein in cirrhosis of the liver;
  11. hiatal hernia;
  12. kidney and liver diseases in the terminal stages.

Damage to the gastric mucosa occurs when there is an imbalance of damaging and protective factors (protective mucous barrier, active restoration of the epithelium, blood supply). Aggression factors include pepsin, hydrochloric acid, bile acids when bile is thrown into the stomach. The mucous membrane is able to resist them for a long time, but as soon as its protective properties decrease, erosion forms, and then, possibly, an ulcer.

For successful treatment of erosion, it is very important to find out the causes of the disease and eliminate them.

  • Long-term use of drugs (painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs), some heart drugs can provoke the disease.
  • Drinkers of hot tea and coffee are at risk of gastric erosion.
  • Food should preferably be taken warm. Hot dishes will irritate the mucous membrane even more.
  • Cold food is also prohibited.
  • Regular alcohol abuse, smoking are one of the main factors of the disease.
  • Diseases that increase blood pressure in the vessels, leading to impaired blood supply (liver disease, diabetes mellitus) contribute to the erosion of the stomach.
  • Constant exposure to toxic toxic substances on the body can corrode the tissues of some internal organs.
  • Stress can also harm the stomach, becoming one of the factors of the disease.

Erosion of the stomach is a section of the mucous membrane of the digestive organ that has undergone destruction.

Erosion occurs if the protective forces of the mucous tissues lining the organ inside are not able to cope with the aggressive effect on them:

  • too hot food;
  • too cold food;
  • fatty and spicy foods;
  • alcohol and nicotine;
  • salts of heavy metals;
  • alkalis and corrosive substances;
  • medicines.

Also, erosion of the stomach can be formed due to:

  • stomach injury;
  • surgical intervention;
  • psychoemotional disorders;
  • chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.

You cannot solve the problem with exclusively folk remedies, but it is possible to get rid of some unpleasant symptoms.

Unfortunately, medicine cannot give an unambiguous answer to the question of why gastric erosions still occur, the treatment of which takes so much time. Most scientists agree that, due to some factors, oxygen starvation may occur in the digestive system. As a result, problems begin in some parts of the stomach.

  • malnutrition - spicy, hot or too heavy food for digestion;
  • taking medications that adversely affect the functioning of the stomach (for example, Aspirin);
  • smoking;
  • diabetes;
  • pancreatitis, renal failure;
  • chronic diseases of the respiratory system;
  • stress, constant nervous tension;
  • drinking alcohol and carbonated drinks, strong tea;
  • infectious diseases;
  • food poisoning.

The theory of the negative impact of Helicobacter pylori microorganisms is gaining increasing recognition. Although such a scientific idea has not yet been fully proven, nevertheless, the results of the study confirmed the fact that 90% of patients who have gastric erosion (treatment with folk remedies did not help them) are carriers of this bacterium.

Types of erosion

Not all gastric wounds are the same in size, appearance, causes of occurrence and duration of existence. That is why, in accordance with certain criteria, gastric erosions are classified. Their treatment largely depends on the definition of the species. According to the division system of V. Vodolagin, there are:

  1. Primary erosion - the stomach is affected, less often duodenum.
  2. Secondary - patients also have problems with the liver, bile and cardiovascular system.
  3. Malignant erosion - wounds in the stomach accompany oncological formations and Crohn's disease.

Depending on the duration of the disease, there are:

  • acute erosion;
  • chronic.

The first is characterized by its multiplicity, has a round or oval shape and is located, as a rule, at the bottom of the organ. Its dimensions are quite small - from 0.2 to 0.4 mm. For about 10 days, in the worst case - 8 weeks, there is this erosion of the stomach. Treatment with folk remedies helps to get rid of it in a short time.

Symptoms

The most common symptoms of erosive gastritis:

  • pain in the epigastrium (with localization of damage in the upper parts of the stomach, the pain appears 15-30 minutes after eating, in the lower (pyloric part) - after 1.5-2 hours;
  • heaviness in the abdomen in the epigastric region after eating;
  • nausea;
  • vomit;
  • in severe cases - the release of blood with feces ("melena" - the feces become black) or vomit;
  • constipation or loose stools;
  • eosinophilia is possible (an increase in the number of eosinophils in the blood) - indicates an allergic mood of the body.

If the mucosa is damaged, food absorption is disturbed, blood loss occurs with slightly bleeding ulcers, so the symptoms of the disease can be associated not only with the gastrointestinal tract, but also with anemia. Hair loss and brittleness, brittle nails, pallor, bleeding gums - all this can also be the result of erosive gastritis.

The disease proceeds in different ways, therefore the symptoms are ambiguous and very similar to the symptoms of gastritis or ulcers. Regular heartburn, accompanied by pain and heaviness in the stomach should alert. Many in this case take antispasmodics and try to forget about the problem, in fact, only exacerbating it. In acute erosion of the stomach, the pain literally twists the person.

The appearance of belching, heartburn, pain in the stomach after eating and at night indicate erosion of the stomach. Blood streaks in the stool and persistent vomiting of blood indicate a serious chronic stage of the disease. The treatment of gastric erosion must be taken seriously in order to avoid even more dangerous diseases.

Erosion of the stomach does not manifest itself in any special, "original" way. Its symptoms can easily be confused with symptoms of other diseases of the stomach or digestive organs - for example, with an ulcer.

At the initial stage, the disease is characterized by the following symptoms:

  • pain in the stomach after eating;
  • belching;
  • nausea;
  • "hungry" spasms;
  • heartburn;
  • vomiting, which improves well-being.

Treatment in such cases quickly brings results and leads to complete healing of the mucous tissues. However, as the disease progresses, its symptoms become more serious and dangerous:

  • internal bleeding opens;
  • blood appears in the stool;
  • hemoglobin in the blood decreases;
  • the patient begins to suffer from anemia;
  • duodenogastric reflux develops.

Traditional means of treatment are diet and taking medications that envelop and protect the mucosa. But even if the patient makes a choice in favor of treatment with folk remedies, the diet will have to be followed in any case.

1. Ulcerative:

  • discomfort after eating;
  • nausea;
  • heartburn;
  • bloating;
  • belching;
  • the so-called "hungry pains", which are especially pronounced in the evening and at night;
  • dyskinesia (a disorder of the gallbladder and its ducts);
  • aversion to food (sometimes);
  • fragility of nails, hair.

2. Hemorrhagic - appear in more complex and advanced cases, when the wounds begin to bleed:

  • vomiting with an admixture of blood;
  • dark feces that resemble coffee grounds (the result of bleeding);
  • a decrease in hemoglobin levels, and in the worst case, anemia;
  • weakness, constant fatigue.

Pain can be of varying intensity and largely depends on the location of the lesion. Erosion of the antrum of the stomach (it must be treated immediately) causes severe pain in the middle of the abdomen and near the navel. When the body of the stomach is affected, the pain is localized in the left hypochondrium.

Diagnostics

Before treating erosion, it is necessary to be examined, pass all the necessary tests:

  • complete blood count (there may be signs of inflammation, anemia);
  • general urine analysis;
  • biochemical blood test (to determine the functional state of internal organs);
  • examination of feces for occult blood (possibility of detecting bleeding erosions);
  • fibrogastroduodenoscopy - the main method of diagnosis, visual examination of the state of the gastric mucosa and erosion;
  • research on Helicobacter pylori (detection of the cause of the disease, which is necessary for the adequacy of treatment);
  • x-ray of the stomach (done when it is impossible to conduct EGD);
  • Ultrasound of the abdominal organs (to exclude pathologists of the abdominal organs);
  • pH-metry of gastric juice (normal on an empty stomach - 1.5-2) - the acidity of gastric juice is determined.

Accurate and complete information about the presence of erosion, their number, types, location is given by such a diagnostic method as endoscopic examination. Using a thin hose with a camera and a flashlight at the end, the gastroenterologist receives an image on the monitor. Although the procedure is extremely unpleasant, it is very short in time (only a few minutes).

To make sure the diagnosis is correct, doctors often suggest that the patient take a stool examination (to detect hidden bleeding) and a complete blood count (to detect anemia). In cases where there is a suspicion of stomach cancer, methods such as biopsy, colonoscopy, ultrasound and tomography are used.

Treatment with folk remedies

The approach to treatment depends on the form of the disease: acute or chronic erosive gastritis and the course of chronic gastritis (in the stage of exacerbation or remission). In an acute process with the development of gastrointestinal bleeding, immediate hospitalization in a surgical hospital is indicated. In a chronic course, it is necessary to undergo a complete examination and, depending on the results, begin conservative treatment.

When Helicobacter pylori is detected, the so-called eradication therapy is necessarily carried out, aimed at the destruction of Helicobacter. The first line of therapy consists of two antibiotics (Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin or Metronidazole) and a proton pump blocker (Omeprazole). Treatment lasts 7 days.

Then they re-pass a breath test for the presence of Helicobacter pylori. If eradication was not successful, then quadrotherapy is carried out: two antibiotics (Tetracycline Amoxicillin or Metronidazole), Omeprazole and gastroprotector (De-Nol).

With erosion of the stomach, treatment with folk remedies can be quite effective.

  1. Chamomile decoction. Chamomile has soothing and antiseptic properties. To prepare the decoction, you will need boiling water and chamomile flowers (available at the pharmacy). One tablespoon is poured with boiling water, insist. Consume 2-3 times a day after meals.
  2. A decoction of eucalyptus will help cure erosion. Pour boiling water over one tablespoon of eucalyptus leaves. Take 50 ml three times a day.
  3. Treatment with sea buckthorn oil. Half an hour before meals, take 0.5 teaspoon of sea buckthorn oil. An excellent wound healing agent.
  4. Milk with honey. Drink for stomach pain.
  5. Flax seeds have long been known for their healing properties. Seed oil is able to create a protective film on the damaged surface. Use should be 1 teaspoon of oil in the morning.
  6. Sea buckthorn juice helps to fight not only with damage to the stomach, but also strengthens the immune system.
  7. Bearberry solution is widely used in folk medicine. To do this, make a decoction: 5 grams of bearberry leaves are poured with boiling water. Then boil for 15-20 minutes, filter. Take 1 tablespoon before meals.
  8. Calamus root is rubbed on a grater. One tablespoon is poured with a glass of water, boiled for 20 minutes, filtered. Drink 2 tablespoons before meals.
  9. A mixture of chamomile, thyme, tansy flowers. Pour two glasses of boiling water, insist, filter. Consume two tablespoons a day before meals. This combination of herbs has an antiseptic, soothing effect on the mucous membrane.
  1. Infusion of celandine. You can take celandine in its pure form, but remember that this plant is poisonous, so exceeding the permissible doses is fraught with unpleasant consequences. So, you need to take a tablespoon of crushed celandine leaves and pour hot water over them. Leave to infuse for 2 hours. Take 1 teaspoon one hour before meals three times a day. The course of treatment is 30 days, followed by a 10-day break, after which you can resume the course again.
  2. Pharmaceutical camomile. Pour a tablespoon of the plant with boiling water (200 ml). Boil for 15 minutes. After removing from heat, cool the broth and take 1/3 cup half an hour before meals. Chamomile relieves inflammation well, in addition, it has a sedative effect.
  3. Immortelle tincture.

Remember that immortelle is also an excellent choleretic agent, therefore it has contraindications.

Having established a diagnosis and received an appointment from a doctor, immediately begin treatment of erosion. Successful drug assistants in this matter will be folk remedies.

Of course, in the treatment of gastric erosion, diet is very important.

  • The stomach during the treatment period should not be overloaded, so the therapeutic diet should be sparing.
  • If you drink heavily prescribed medications, but at the same time use various carbonated drinks, chips, spicy, smoked, salty, sour foods, recovery is unlikely to come.
  • During the treatment period, you will have to give up rich meat broths, fried foods, strong tea and coffee, citrus juices.
  • Forget about alcohol, mayonnaise, ketchups for this period.
  • Replace hot food with lukewarm food.
  • Eat during the treatment of the stomach should be fractional portions. It is important not to overload the stomach.
  • Dairy products, eggs, boiled meat and fish without spices, steamed vegetables, various cereals, jelly made from berries (but not from store briquettes!) - that's what you can eat with erosion every day.
  • Soups from sea low-fat fish have proven themselves well during the treatment of gastric erosion. You can include them in the menu at least every day. But, of course, the soup should not contain hot spices, there should also be a minimum amount of salt.
  • Daily use of pumpkin juice contributes to a speedy recovery. You can also make a drink from pumpkin pulp. Mash two or three tablespoons of the pulp, pour them with 200 grams of boiled water, let it brew for 10-15 minutes. You can sweeten with honey.
  • The healing power of white cabbage has long been known. Treatment of most diseases of the stomach with cabbage juice is recognized by medicine. Methionine contained in cabbage promotes healing of the gastric mucosa. Cabbage-based vegetable soups must be present on the menu of patients with erosion. It will also be useful to take 50 grams of freshly squeezed cabbage juice daily. If you don't have a juicer, use a regular grater. Grate a piece of cabbage, fold the resulting slurry into cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice.
  • Sauerkraut is a very effective folk remedy, in small quantities it has the ability to normalize the acidity of the stomach, so it should also be prescribed in the diet.

Sea buckthorn oil helps to restore the mucous walls of the body. Take 1 teaspoon of oil 2 times a day before meals.

Flax seed is a real storehouse of nutrients to restore the mucosa and get rid of erosion. Flaxseed fights viruses, heals wounds, normalizes metabolic processes. When soaking the seed, mucus is released from it, getting inside the body, mucus envelops the walls of the stomach, thereby protecting them from any irritants.

Flax seed infusion

  1. In the evening, pour 3 tablespoons of seeds into 1 liter of hot boiled water. Let it brew. Strain in the morning. Take the resulting liquid four times a day 10 minutes before meals, half a glass.
  2. In 200 ml of boiling water, add 1 teaspoon of flax seeds. Shake for 15 minutes, strain.

Honey has been known for its healing properties since ancient times. Do not forget about it during the treatment of gastric erosion. Warm drinks with honey will help to strengthen the body and will provide invaluable assistance in the fight against the disease. You can also eat a large spoonful of honey in the morning on an empty stomach without drinking anything. The gradual penetration of this useful product has a beneficial effect on the mucous membranes of the esophagus and stomach. After that, do not eat or drink anything for 20-30 minutes.

The use of propolis during the treatment of stomach erosion has also proven to be effective. You need to take propolis tincture from the very morning before meals, 1 teaspoon. The unique product not only restores the mucosa, but also improves immunity.

To do this, you need to pour crushed dry calamus root (1 tablespoon) with boiling water (200g), boil for about 15 minutes. Allow liquid to cool. Take 50 ml before meals.

As a folk treatment for erosion of the stomach and duodenum, the use of chaga tincture will be very useful. In Soviet times, this medicinal mushroom was harvested in tons at the state level. But now all this is forgotten and very in vain. Chaga contains a huge amount of useful substances that have an antiseptic, antimicrobial and tonic effect on the entire body.

Chaga infusion

3 pieces of dried birch mushroom the size of a matchbox are poured with a liter of hot (60 degrees) water in a thermos and kept for a day to infuse. Then pour the infusion into a decanter, and again fill the pieces of chaga with water and do this 5 times. Then you need a new mushroom. A liter of infusion is the daily allowance, which you will need to drink a glass before meals. Usually the first brew is highly concentrated, so it can be diluted with water.

Thoroughly wash a fresh hard potato tuber and grate it along with the peel. Squeeze the juice and drink 50 ml before each meal for half an hour for 4-5 weeks - this is a rather powerful folk remedy not only for erosion, but also for gastritis and stomach ulcers.

  1. 20 grams of a mixture of crushed herbs of yarrow, St. John's wort, chamomile, celandine brew 200 ml of boiled water. Insist 30 minutes. Take 100 ml three times a day 30 minutes before meals.
  2. Pour a teaspoon of dried immortelle leaves with 200 grams of hot boiled water, let it brew for 10 minutes. Consume half an hour before meals.
  3. 4 parts of St. John's wort, 3 parts of knotweed, 4 parts of cudweed, 1 part of celandine, 0.5 parts of mint, 2 parts of sage, 1 part of yarrow pour boiling water (at the rate of 1 tablespoon of a mixture of herbs per 200 grams of water), boil in a water bath 15 minutes, insist 20 minutes. Take 1⁄4 cup 3 times a day.

Treatment of erosion of the stomach with folk remedies begins, first of all, with herbal tinctures and decoctions. You can use the following recipes.

  1. Herbal collection. It is necessary to mix the herbs of yarrow, pharmacy chamomile, St. John's wort and celandine in equal proportions. To prepare one serving of tincture, it is enough to pour 20 g of herbal collection with a glass of boiling water and leave it for 30 minutes. Drink this herbal tea about three times a day.
  2. Tincture of celandine. If you try folk remedies to accelerate the healing of erosion, then you can not do without tincture of celandine. To prepare it, you need to pour a tablespoon of herbs into 300 ml of boiling water. It is necessary to insist celandine in a thermos for one to two hours. Then the remedy is drunk three times a day half an hour before meals in the amount of three tablespoons. The course of treatment lasts a month.
  3. Gentian tincture. There is no more useful remedy for the treatment of erosion than gentian, which contains a glycoside. One teaspoon of grass is poured into a glass of boiling water and infused for the time that the water cools. It is necessary to drink gentian before meals.

Treatment of erosion with phytotherapy

Several recipes stand out.

  1. A decoction based on calamus. To make a medicinal drink, you will need 1 teaspoon of plant roots and a cup of boiled water. The components are interconnected, infused for a quarter of an hour. After that, the drink is filtered. Take half a cup three times a day.
  2. Decoction based on bearberry. To make, you will need 1 teaspoon of crushed leaves of the plant and a glass of boiling water. Such a drink heals sores and restores the microflora. It is recommended to consume the finished product up to 2-3 tablespoons up to 4-5 times a day.
  3. A decoction of celandine. To make an infusion, take 1 tablespoon of herbs. The mixture is poured with 300 ml of boiled water. Boil for 3-5 minutes, infuse for 2-3 hours. After that, the broth is filtered. It is worth using 1 tablespoon three times a day. The treatment course lasts 4 weeks.

The tincture is placed in a dark and cool place for 15 days. Filter before taking. The dosage is 15-25 drops. They are pre-dissolved in a warm liquid. Therapeutic therapy lasts approximately 28-35 days.
  5. Chamomile infusion. One of the best remedies is chamomile. Making a decoction is easy: take 1 tablespoon of dried flowers and a cup of boiled water. Infused for about an hour. It is filtered. Drink instead of tea after meals.

Medicinal herbs that are actively used in the treatment of gastric erosion are highly effective. Of these, infusions and decoctions are prepared, which are consumed internally.

For example, it could be:

In any case, it is necessary to use herbs only after agreement with the attending physician and after the exclusion of possible contraindications.

Treatment of erosion of the stomach with folk remedies

Chaga infusion

In addition, their use often causes side symptoms in the form of an allergic reaction.

We are talking about medicinal herbs, natural oils and bee products, which have a pronounced choleretic effect and are prohibited for use in diseases such as cholecystitis, hepatitis. Such folk remedies are contraindicated in the presence of stones in the gallbladder.

Herbal treatment

Chaga infusion

Alternative treatment of gastric erosion is very effective, especially if the disease is not running. You can remove the main symptoms thanks to the infusion of herbs such as chamomile, yarrow, St. John's wort and celandine. All these plants are mixed in equal proportions and poured with boiling water. After 30-35 minutes, you can strain this infusion and use it as a tea.

You can also brew the celandine itself. Thanks to him, erosion of the stomach heals faster. Treatment with folk remedies also involves the use of propolis. It is better to take a teaspoon in the morning. This natural product not only restores the mucosa, but also improves immunity. The following methods have proven themselves well:

  1. A decoction of calamus root. It doesn't take long to prepare - it only takes 15 minutes. To do this, grind the dry root and pour boiling water over it, put on fire and cook for about 15 minutes. Allow the liquid to cool and take 50 ml before meals.
  2. Wounds heal well if half an hour before lunch and dinner, take 1 tsp. sea buckthorn oil.
  3. An immortelle infusion will also be useful. Dried leaves of the plant should not be boiled, it is enough to pour hot water and let it brew (as regular tea is infused). You need to take liquid half an hour before a meal.

Prevention of erosions of the stomach by folk methods

To prevent the ulcer from reappearing, you need to follow a diet. Eat small meals 4-5 times a day. Include in the diet more vegetables and fruits, low-fat soups, mashed potatoes. Food should not be too hot or cold. Bad habits should be abandoned.

Before deciding on the treatment of gastric erosion at home, it is necessary to consult a doctor and undergo all examinations. Ensure the absence of Helicobacter pylori and related diseases. And strictly follow all the recommendations of the doctor.

If you wish, you can prevent the occurrence of most diseases. Erosion of the stomach can also be prevented. Treatment with folk remedies is not needed if you follow a few simple tips:

  1. 30 minutes before meals, you should drink 150-250 ml of plain water. This will help the stomach “wake up” and get to work.
  2. Green apples will help prevent the appearance of wounds. Within one month they need to be consumed on an empty stomach, then you can before bedtime.
  3. For preventive purposes, olive oil is used. 1 st. spoon before meals - and no problems with the stomach.
  4. Honey brings many benefits to the body. You need to take it in 1-2 tsp. in the morning and evening on an empty stomach. True, honey should be washed down with warm water or tea.
  5. Fresh cabbage juice will help prevent the occurrence of gastric erosions. It should be fresh and warm. One-time rate - half a cup. Take on an empty stomach.

Summing up, it is worth saying that erosion of the stomach is a difficult problem. Treatment, diet, which are attributed by doctors, must be observed very responsibly. Otherwise, a peptic ulcer may occur.

Traditional medicine provides a large selection of medicines. Although treatment with them takes a long time, but they effectively help to solve the problem.

For a positive result to come faster, you must adhere to a strict diet. It involves the use of easily digestible food that does not irritate the stomach walls.

This list includes a number of products in the form:

  • oatmeal and semolina;
  • oatmeal or rice jelly;
  • cheese;
  • boiled eggs and scrambled eggs;
  • grated vegetable soups;
  • butter and vegetable oil;
  • low-fat sour cream and cottage cheese;
  • milk;
  • weakly brewed green and black tea, rosehip decoction.

  • fried meat and fish;
  • smoked products;
  • spices, spices, pickles;
  • fatty meat soups;
  • canned food and marinades based on vinegar;
  • some vegetable crops in the form of radishes, rutabaga and turnips;

This diet should be followed for 30-60 days.

  1. Eliminate bad habits in the form of smoking and drinking alcohol.
  2. After eating, do not lie down in bed or on the sofa, but take walks for 30-40 minutes.
  3. You can not eat before going to bed.
  4. Take medication prescribed by the doctor.
  5. Observe the temperature regime. Cold and hot dishes adversely affect the functioning of the digestive organs. The normal temperature is 37-40 degrees.
  6. Refuse junk food, fast food, convenience foods. All food must be home cooked.
  7. Observe the drinking regime. You should eat every 2-3 hours. You need to drink purified and non-carbonated mineral water.

If the dosage or concentration of the drug is not observed above the prescribed level, then serious complications and side symptoms may develop. In the absence of a positive effect from folk remedies, it is urgent to seek help from a specialist. If the condition worsens, you should immediately call an ambulance.

Treatment of gastric erosion with folk remedies is an excellent alternative to medication and sometimes gives a quick and lasting result, improving the general condition of the body.” /
